Meet our Customer Service Team Members: These are the people you first meet upon arrival and who handle all your phone calls. They can help you with appointments and your over-the-counter needs.

	Linda Practice Manager Many of you already know Linda, who was the first official employee of MRAH. Having begun work as a volunteer employee in May of 1998, Linda helped the clinic get off its feet and become a bustling business. Linda adores her two beautiful grand-daughters , a Labrador, Layla and a Yoodle (YorkiePoo), Truffles who keep her busy.

	Sara Customer Service Representative An employee of MRAH since early 2007, Sara is currently in the nursing program at ITT Tech earning her Associates Degree. She loves her cat, Baghera and a new addition Berlin, a shepherd mix.

	Cindy Customer Service Representative The proud mother of two beautiful young women and two wonderful grandchildren, she joined us in November of 2006. She brings many special skills with her as she spent a number of years as a secretary for a local church. She spends most of her free time playing with her grandchildren and going with her husband, Ray, to car shows where he proudly displays his 1966 Chevelle, pro-streeted with supercharged engine.

	Jemma Customer Service Representative Jemma joined the MRAH team in August 2008. She's pursuing a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Texas at Dallas. In her free-time, she is active with her church and her puppy, Juliet.

	Deb Customer Service Representative Deb joined MRAH in 2010. she has 2 kitties, Buster and Owen, collects Santa Clauses, is a great bargin hunter, loves to read and is an amazing cook. She has been in the veterinary field for many years.

	Marti Administrative Assistant Marti has been with us since 2008. She is the person behind the scenes who keeps the hospital running. She and her husband have one daughter and Charlie, an Australian Shepherd.

	Brandi Customer Service Representative Brandi began working with us in December 2010. She is currently pursuing a nursing degree at Dallas County Community College and will move on to her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas. Brandi is married, has one son, and 2 lab mixes. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

	Diana Customer Service Representative Diana joined our staff in spring 2011. She is the proud mother of 2 teenagers and 2 dogs. She and her husband regularly enjoy exercising together.

Get to know some of our technical and medical team members: Our Veterinary technicians are the animal nurses who are the right arms of our Doctors. They assist you with nutritional information, training hints and answer many of your other questions. They attend many hours of continuing education a year to help MRAH remain current with the growth in Veterinary medicine.

	Tiki CVA, ASVDT, VNA Tiki joined our staff in November of 2006. With 19 years of experience as a technician, and is a Certified Veterinary Assistant, a Veterinary Technician and a Hill's Nutritional Advocate. She has quickly become an integral part of our team. She stays very busy as a working mom with 2 children spending most Saturdays at the soccer fields. She also is the proud mother of Kalia, a chocolate Lab, who provided several other team members with wonderful baby labs; Ziggy, a yellow Lab; Izzy, a black lab and 2 house cats, Fluffy and Spots.

	Chassidy After working at MRAH since 2003, Chassidy has become a jack of all trades; she started in the kennel, worked up to assisting and has even spent some time as a customer service representative. She is currently training to become a certified veterinary technician. She is the proud mother of one son.

	Amber R.V.T. Amber began working at MRAH in Ocotber 2007 while attending Cedar Valley College to become a registered veterinary technician. She successfully completed the program and gained her certification in 2008. She enjoys cooking for herself and her husband and spending her hard-earned money shopping. They have two dogs: a husky mix named Puppet and a blue heeler named Neptune. Amber and her husband have one daughter.

	Angel CVA. ASVDT Angel has been a vet assistant at MRAH since August 2005. She has been in the veterinary field for 10 years and is a Certified Veterinary Assistant and Veterinary Dental Technician. She is a happily married mother of an exuberant, beautiful daughter. She has 4 pets; Ashton, an English setter; Paige a cattle dog mix; Luther a 20 lb. orange tabby; and Zoë, a gray tabby. A proud member of Northplace church, she is an avid gamer, book reader and dog breed enthusiast.

	Brett CVA, ASVDT, & Whiskers and Paws Pet Resort Manager Brett began working at MRAH as a kennel assistant over 10 years ago at the green age of fifteen. While attending Texas A&M University, Brett also finds time to volunteer for the Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue and several other shelters. After graduating in 2007, with a Bachelors in Biomedical Sciene he returned to MRAH as a Veterinary Technician. He is also Whiskers and Paws Pet Resort Manager. He loves family and friends, working on cars, running, cycling, fishing, playing/watching sports and country dancing. The proud owner of a miniature Schnauzer, three chihuahuas, a St. Bernard, and a beautiful cat. Brett has dedicated his life to animals, and considers MRAH to be his home away from home.

	Lori Lori joined the MRAH team in March of 2009 with many years of Veterinary field experience. She is married with 3 dogs; Brocc and Demi are Corgis, and Stan-Li is a Chihuahua mix. She also has 1 horse, Freckles. Lori and Freckles compete in team penning, which is chasing cows for those of us who aren't horse people. She also has her own pet sitting business, Lori's Pet Sitting.
