Meet our Customer Service Team Members: These are the people you first meet upon arrival and who handle all your phone calls. They can help you with appointments and your over-the-counter needs.
	Linda Juergens Practice Manager Many of you already know Linda, who was the first official employee of MRAH. Having begun work as a volunteer employee in May of 1998, Linda helped the clinic get off its feet and become a bustling business. Linda adores her two beautiful grand-daughters , a Labrador, Layla and a Yoodle (YorkiePoo), Truffles to keep her busy
	Sara Dykes Customer Service Representative An employee of MRAH since early 2007, Sara is currently attending Brookhaven Community College and plans to apply to the nursing program after she finishes her prerequisites. She loves her cat, Baghera and a new addition Berlin, a shepherd mix.
	Cindy Compton Customer Service Representative The proud mother of two beautiful young women and one energetic grandson, she joined us in November of 2006. She brings many special skills with her as she spent a number of years as a secretary for a local church. She spends most of her free time playing with her grandson and going with her husband, Ray, to car shows where he proudly displays his 1966 Chevelle, pro-streeted with supercharged engine.
	Jemma Reid Customer Service Representative Jemma joined the MRAH team in August 2008. She's pursuing a degree in speech language pathology at the University of Texas at Dallas. In her freetime, she is active with her church.

	Stephanie Lewis Customer Service Representative Stephanie joined the MRAH team in October 2008 after graduating with a Bachelor's in History from Texas A&M Commerce. She enjoys spending time with her two amazing daughters. She has recently returned to school to work on her Master's in Education with the intentions of someday becoming a librarian. Stephanie shares Layla, a black lab and Truffles, a Yoodle, with her extended family and has Stella, a very energetic Staffordshire Terrier.
	Marti Daniel Administrative Assistant
Get to know some of our technical and medical team members: Our Veterinary technicians are the animal nurses who are the right arms of our Doctors. They assist you with nutritional information, training hints and answer many of your other questions. They attend many hours of continuing education a year to help MRAH remain current with the growth in Veterinary medicine.
	Tiki Cole, CVA, ASVDT, VNA Tiki joined our staff in November of 2006. With 17 years of experience as a technician, and is a Certified Veterinary Assistant, a Veterinary Technician and a Hill's Nutritional Advocate. She has quickly become an integral part of our team. She stays very busy as a working mom with 2 children spending most Saturdays at the soccer fields. She also is the proud mother of Kalia, a chocolate Lab, who provided several other team members with wonderful baby labs; Ziggy, a yellow Lab; Izzy, a black lab  and 2 house cats, Fluffy and Spots.
	Chassidy Lassiter After working at MRAH since 2003, Chassidy has become a jack of all trades; she started in the kennel, worked up to assisting and has even spent some time as a customer service representative. She is currently training to become a certified veterinary technician. She is the proud mother of a busy todder.
	Amber Thakur, R.V.T. Amber began working at MRAH in Ocotber 2007 while attending Cedar Valley College to become a registered veterinary technician. She successfully completed the program and gained her certification in 2008. She enjoys cooking for herself and her husband and spending her hard-earned money shopping. They have two dogs: a husky mix named Puppet and a blue heeler named Neptune. Amber and her husband are currently expecting their first child in October 2009.
	Jennifer Johnson CVA, ASVDT, VNA Jennifer joined MRAH in August of 2007. She has been in the Veterinary field for 10 years and is a Certified Veterinary Assistant as well as a Veterinary Dental Technician. At home, she stays busy with three kids, three cats and one dog.  She has a genuine love for all animals, especially cats and horses. In her free time, she volunteers at EQUEST Therapeutic Riding Center.
	Angel Harris CVA. ASVDT Angel has been a vet assistant at MRAH since 2005. She has been in the veterinary field for 8 years and is a Certified Veterinary Assistant and Veterinary Dental Technician.  She is a happily married mother of an exuberant, beautiful daughter. She has 4 pets; Ashton, an English setter; Paige a cattle dog mix; Luther a 24 lb. orange tabby; and Zoë, a gray tabby. She is an avid gamer, gardener and dog breed enthusiast.
	Brett Jorrey CVA, ASVDT Brett began working at MRAH as a kennel assistant seven years ago at the green age of fifteen. While attending Texas A&M University to become a Veterinarian, Brett also finds time to volunteer for the Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue and several other shelter while also working at MRAH during summer and winter breaks.  He loves working on cars and playing sports (he even ran a marathon). The proud owner of a miniature Schnauzer, a St. Bernard, a little car and a rabbit, Brett has dedicated his life to animals, and considers MRAH to be his home away from home.
	Lori Suddith Lori joined the MRAH team in March of 2009 with many years of Veterinary  field experience. She is married with 3 dogs; Brocc and Demi are Corgis, and Stan-Li is a Chihuahua mix. She also has 1 horse, Freckles. Lori and Freckles compete in team penning, which is chasing cows for those of us who aren't horse people. She also has her own pet sitting business, Lori's Pet Sitting.
