Dr. James R. Dr. Katherine A. Mathes Dr. Mathes graduated from Purdue University and moved to Texas in 1995.   She has practiced in several areas including five years in emergency medicine.  Dr. Mathes joined our staff in 2001 as a relief Doctor and is now a full time member  of the Murphy Road Animal Hospital team.  She and her husband Paul have a new daughter, a dog and a cat. She is a member of: American Veterinary Medical Association Dallas County Veterinary Medical Association American Association of Feline Practitioners Veterinary Cancer Society

                                                                                                     

Dr. Susan H. Ferguson We are excited to again have Dr. Susan Ferguson as a member of our staff at Murphy Road Animal Hospital!   She graduated from Texas A&M in 2000, and joined us as an associate veterinarian in 2002.  She resigned from MRAH in 2007, working at a local emergency animal hospital and a feline-only veterinary practice in McKinney in order to be closer to home and spend more time with her two young children.
