Positions for which we may have openings include:

CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES
As a Customer Care Representative your objective is to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive, cheerful attitude and a smooth, well-planned, and orderly flow of patients. 

Physical activities
include standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, restraining, grasping, reaching overhead, twisting throughout the day, and fine motor manipulation.

Duties may include:
All aspects of customer service including proficiency with computers, interfacing with clients and pets, maintaining a professional, courteous attitude, managing phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic medical records, collecting payments and operation and maintenance of all office equipment.

VETERINARY TECHNICIANS

Our Veterinary Technicians are the animal nurses who are the right arms of our Doctors.
 Their main responsibility is the well-planned, accurate, and orderly flow of patient care and treatments and to achieve greater efficiency by relieving the doctors of technical work and administrative detail.
Physical activities

Must be physically capable of bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, sitting on the floor, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, restraining, exercising pets, grasping, reaching overhead, twisting throughout the day, balancing, squatting, grasping, rotating body, fine motor manipulation and lifting 50 pounds.

Duties may include
All aspects of inpatient and outpatient care, such as taking history, vital signs, collecting laboratory samples, and medical procedures.  In addition, hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, prepping, monitoring and assisting in surgery.

VETERINARY ASSISTANT
Veterinary assistants are team members
who help the technicians and doctors in all duties of the hospital.  The responsibilities vary with the current needs of the hospital staff, the season of the year, and the individual abilities demonstrated by the employee.

Physical activities

Must be physically capable of bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, sitting on the floor, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, restraining, exercising pets, grasping, reaching overhead, twisting throughout the day, balancing, squatting, grasping, rotating body, fine motor manipulation and lifting 50 pounds.

Duties may include animal handling and restraint, daily care of patients, maintenance and cleanliness of the hospital and grounds, bathing, assisting with inpatient and outpatient procedures, preparing laboratory samples, assisting with prep and clean up of surgery.

KENNEL ASSISTANTS

This is typically an entry level position involving all aspects of care for boarding animals.   Applicants need a basic knowledge of animal behavior and zoonotic diseases, along with computer skills. 

Physical activities

Working in a kennel is a physically taxing job.  You must be physically capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting 50 pounds, restraining animals, exercising pets, reaching overhead, twisting throughout the day, and fine motor manipulation.

Duties may include basic animal care, which includes feeding, walking, and bathing.  Other duties will include facility cleaning and maintenance and laundry.
